1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VisCite (“the Service”), operated by VisCite (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VisCite provides AI-powered citation analysis and optimization tools for YouTube content creators. The launch Service analyzes public YouTube video and channel links you submit and provides citation readiness scores, recommendations, full reports, and shareable report links for paid accounts.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary models or algorithms
• Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond what is permitted by your plan
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Use Stripe Customer Portal from the billing page to update payment methods, change plan, or cancel. Refund requests and billing-state issues should be sent to support@viscite.com with your account email and checkout timestamp.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by VisCite and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Citation scores and recommendations are directional signals based on statistical models and public content signals. They do not guarantee actual citation by AI search engines.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisCite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
